For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved to create. I would draw, paint, write short stories — anything that brings something new to life. 🌸
But along the way, I stopped. I was afraid — of being judged, but more than anything, I was afraid of not living up to my own expectations.
I’m embarking on this 100 day journey with The Isolation Journals community because I’m tired of living in the dark.
Just like the birds that sing in the trees each morning, I want to share my art with the world — consciously, creatively, & courageously.
Because the joy of creation far, far outweighs the fear of never getting it right.
I won’t be publishing a post here everyday, because I’m exploring a variety of creative mediums beyond just writing. My commitment to you however, dear reader, is that I’m going to be as honest and helpful about my creative process as possible.
I will document my musings, my art, my insights — everything I create. Everything I make. I can’t wait for us to look back together at the end of these 100 days.
